Kick Away Your Sleepless Night

Are you have trouble in sleeping over the night and awaken few times in the night. Don't worry, here is some tips to make good sleep in the night.
There are six steps you need to address for a good sleep during night
Step 1 - What type food you eat, before fall asleep
   You have to eat your dinner at least, 2 hours before you going for bed.This will promotes your digestion, rather than you going straight away to bed.
   Avoid Coffee,Tea and Cola drinks in the evening.
   Having Malt drinks or Apple juice in the evening is better.
   Taking alcohol makes you sleep, but you can't get a good sleep.

Step 2 - Sleeping Positions
   You have to aware about your sleeping positions because this one also affects your sleep.
   If you sleep at facing your head top-wards, make sure that your body and neck should be approximately straight.
   If you sleep at side, keep pillows in between your legs.
   If you sleep at back, keep pillow below your knee.

Step 3 - Regular time:
   Sleep and awake at regular time. For example you sleep at 10 PM and awake at 6 AM in weekdays and in weekends you sleep until 9 AM, you can't sleep until midnight at the same day. There is an internal biological clock inside us, you should aware of it.

Step 4 - Routine Work:
   Have some routine works like having bath, reading books and listening music. It might helps you to fall asleep.

Step 5 - Bed room is for rest:
   Bedroom is only for rest not for working purposes, so don't work on your bed and don't place any stuffs on your bed.

Step 6 - Having a right bed:
   Flip your mattress once every three months, so that it can last up to 7 to 8 years. If you find any swelling in the mattress and if you find spring in the mattress not working, it's time to change your mattress.
