Benefits of Fasting

Most of the believe that fasting is for reducing body weight, may be it's true. But the primary objective of fasting is to remove toxins in our body.
Purpose of Fasting
Removing Toxins
We are in-taking toxins via air we breathe, food we consumed, chemicals used for grooming and floor cleaning. Mostly all those inhaled toxins are build in liver, this process is called intoxication and our liver try to  detoxification, But all our organs are overloaded, because they have to digest the food we eat. Give body a short rest (Fasting), so that it can go to the process Detoxification to remove those toxins.

Feels Good
During fasting our body feels very relaxed rather than having food. After a long fast about 24 ~ 36 hours, the 2nd Night of the fast, we will get a good sleep ever we had.

How over body Gets energy while in Fasting
Carbohydrates are absorbed from the food, and complex carbohydrates are break down in to Glucose. Liver can able to stored 100g of Glucose in the form of Glycogen and it is nearly equivalent to 400 calories.

Our body will sustains about 24 ~ 36 hours without any food. When you are in fasting, the gulcose in the blood vessels will drop, At that time the stored gulcose in the liver gets in to the blood stream to maintain healthy gulcose levels.
