You can reduce your body weight in many ways, of those this the simplest way. You no need to take medication or no need to hurt your body by doing physical exercise.
Take milk or water and boil it and then mix honey (For 100ml of water or milk add 2 tablespoon of honey). Stir it for a while and then have it. You have to take it before you going for bed. You have to mix the honey while the milk or water is hot, if you mix the honey in less hot milk or water, it will turn the things vice-versa i.e. it will increases your body weight, so make sure you mix correctly and with the specified propotion.
There is a another way, you have to drink hot water after having your meal. This will improve your digestion and reduce the formation of fat in that particular food.
