Making your body cool in this summer

Everyday temperature in this world is raising, If this summer has a average temperature of 38 Degree Celsius, probably the next summer will 40 degree Celsius.

The temperature in the world not going to reduce until we plant some trees and if we plant also we can't get better results, may be the generation will get better results. so we need to know how to reduce our body temperature.

There must be many ways to cool our body, of those these are the simplest ways 

Consume more water:
Mainly you have to comsume more water. Consume it before breakfast for better results.

Taking oil bath:

You have to take sesame or gingely oil bath twice a week it will give your better results. But this oil bath has it's restriction. After taking oil bath, it might be sleepy but, don't sleep. If you sleep, it will makes your eyes reddish and also irritating.

Consuming mint leaves:
Mix mint leaves with your food.

Consuming young coconut water:
Before taking breakfast, consume young coconut water.
